Week 1-4: CHANGE

Learn the basic movements! Discover what you can do in any environment or space. 

WEEKLY in Person or Virtual 45min Semi Private Training Sessions: Connect with your community and your Coaches, we take you through a customised training session that you can do anywhere

WEEKLY VIRTUAL Group Coaching call: We uncover the drivers for change and why they are important to each individual (eg; family/health/longevity/career) 

Week 1 Body Composition Analysis - in Person only

Each week we deep dive into one of these topics: Goals, Priorities, Accountability and Positivity 

 

Week 5-8: CONFIDENCE

Progression from the previous 4 weeks of programs. You will start to feel the difference and see the difference 

WEEKLY in Person or Virtual 45min Semi Private Training Sessions: Connect with your community and your Coaches, we take you through a customised training session that is a progression from the previous months programs 

WEEKLY VIRTUAL Group Coaching call: Building confidence with small wins and providing a structured approach to ongoing success (eg; Movement patterns/encouraging others/celebrate wins)

Week 5 Body Composition Analysis - in Person only

Each week we deep dive into one of these topics:Focus, Structure, Achievement and Success 

 

Week 9-12: HABITS 

Progression from the previous 8 weeks of programs. You will feel better mentally and physically 

WEEKLY in Person or Virtual Semi Private Training Sessions: Connect with your community and your Coaches, we take you through a customised training session that is a progression from the previous months programs 

WEEKLY VIRTUAL Group Coaching call: Habits are reinforced and encouraged, changes become noticeable in behaviours as well as physically. (eg; strength/confidence/fitness)

Week 9 Body Composition Analysis - in Person only

Each week we deep dive into one of these topics: Planning, Time Management, Gratitude and Mindset

 

Week 13-16: Results! Strong. Healthy. Motivated. Energised. 

Progression from the previous 12 weeks of programs. Motivation and energy levels have increased, improvements in strength and health are measurable with consistency 

WEEKLY in Person or Virtual Semi Private Training Sessions: Connect with your community and your Coaches, we take you through a customised training session that is a progression from the previous months programs 

WEEKLY VIRTUAL Group Coaching call: Habits are reinforced and encouraged, changes become noticeable in behaviours as well as physically. (eg; strength/confidence/fitness)

Week 13 Body Composition Analysis - in Person only

Each week we deep dive into one of these topics: Change. Confidence, Habits and Results. PLUS an overview of previous 12 weeks to reinforce all learning and mindset.
