Progression from the previous 4 weeks of programs. You will start to feel the difference and see the difference 

WEEKLY Virtual 45min Small Group Training Sessions: Connect with your community and your Coaches, we take you through customised training sessions that are progressions from the previous months programs 

Week 5 Body Composition Analysis -  in Person available as per Covid restrictions

Each week we deep dive into one of these topics:Focus, Structure, Achievement and Success 

 

Week 9-12: HABITS 

Progression from the previous 8 weeks of programs. You will feel better mentally and physically

Week 9 Body Composition Analysis -  in Person available as per Covid restrictions
