WEEKLY 45min Small Group Training Sessions: Connect with your community and your Coaches, we take you through customised training sessions that you can do anywhere

Week 1 Body Composition Analysis:  in Person available as per Covid restrictions

Each week we deep dive into one of these topics: Goals, Priorities, Accountability and Positivity 

 

Week 5-8: CONFIDENCE

Progression from the previous 4 weeks of programs. You will start to feel the difference and see the difference 

WEEKLY 45min Small Group Training Sessions: Connect with your community and your Coaches, we take you through customised training sessions that are progressions from the previous months programs 

Week 5 Body Composition Analysis -  in Person available as per Covid restrictions

Each week we deep dive into one of these topics:Focus, Structure, Achievement and Success 

 

Week 9-12: HABITS 

Progression from the previous 8 weeks of programs. You will feel better mentally and physically 

WEEKLY 45min Small Group Training Sessions: Connect with your community and your Coaches, we take you through customised training sessions that are progressions from the previous months programs 

Week 9 Body Composition Analysis -  in Person available as per Covid restrictions

Each week we deep dive into one of these topics: Planning, Time Management, Gratitude and Mindset

 

Week 13-16: Results! Strong. Healthy. Motivated. Energised. 

Progression from the previous 12 weeks of programs. Motivation and energy levels have increased, improvements in strength and health are measurable with consistency
